7SeaCorp Logistics (“7SeaCorp,” “we,” “us”) is a third-party logistics (3PL) provider based in City of Industry, California, in the Greater Los Angeles area. We provide e-commerce order fulfillment, Amazon FBA prep, warehousing, and related logistics services to merchant clients.

This policy covers two things: (1) information you share with us through this website (www.7seacorp.com), and (2) the order and shipment information we handle on behalf of our merchant clients in the course of providing fulfillment services, including through our warehouse management system at wms.7seacorp.com.

This website collects information only when you choose to send it to us:

• Quote requests. When you use the quote estimator, we receive the details you enter: company, name, email, phone number (optional), the services and volumes you select, and anything you add in the notes field. These are delivered to our team by email.
• Contact form. The contact form opens your own email app — we receive whatever you choose to send, typically your name, email address, and message.
• Technical logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, request time, and browser type) used for security and to keep the site running.

This website does not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies, and we do not track visitors across other sites. Because we do not track visitors, the site behaves the same whether or not your browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal. We use the information you send us to respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes, provide and improve our services, and keep the site secure.

As a 3PL, we receive order and shipment information from our merchant clients and from the sales channels and marketplaces they authorize us to connect to (for example, Amazon or Shopify). This typically includes the order contents and the recipient’s name, shipping address, email address, and phone number.

We process this information as a service provideracting on our clients’ instructions, solely to provide fulfillment services: receiving and storing inventory, picking and packing orders, purchasing shipping labels, shipping and tracking parcels, handling returns, and billing our clients for those services. The merchant you purchased from remains the business responsible for your order information.

We do not:

• use order or recipient information for marketing or advertising of any kind,
• sell personal information, or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or
• disclose it to anyone except the service providers needed to fulfill the shipment (such as the shipping carrier printed on the label), our client, or where required by law.

Where a marketplace’s data-protection rules apply to an order (such as Amazon’s), we handle that order’s data in accordance with those rules.

• Encryption. Data is encrypted in transit using TLS (HTTPS) and encrypted at rest on our managed cloud infrastructure.
• Access controls. Our warehouse management system uses individual accounts with role-based permissions — staff access is limited to what their role requires, and each client can see only their own data. Security-relevant actions are logged.
• Retention limits. We keep recipient personal information only as long as needed to fulfill and support the shipment (including returns and claims) and to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. After that, it is deleted or redacted from our systems, consistent with the data-retention requirements of the marketplaces our clients sell on. Website inquiry and quote correspondence is kept for as long as needed for our business records, then deleted.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect the information in our care with safeguards appropriate to its sensitivity.

We share information only with the service providers needed to operate our website and deliver our services, and only for those purposes:

• cloud hosting and managed database providers that run our website and warehouse management system,
• a content-delivery and network-security provider that sits in front of our sites,
• shipping carriers and label/rate providers, which receive the recipient name, address, and contact details required to produce a label and deliver the parcel,
• a transactional email provider that delivers quote-request and account emails, and
• a payment processor used to bill our merchant clients (client billing details only — never buyer information).

We are a California business. If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we have about you, to access it, to correct it, and to ask us to delete it, subject to the exceptions in the CCPA/CPRA. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of, and we do not use sensitive personal information for purposes that require a right to limit. We will never discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

To exercise these rights, email customer@7seacorp.com with your request. We will verify your identity and respond within the time required by law. If your request concerns an order you placed with one of our merchant clients, we may direct you to that merchant (the business responsible for your data) and will support them in honoring your request.

Our website and services are business-to-business and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children; if you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date. Material changes to how we handle client fulfillment data are communicated to our clients directly.
